Should be when yearlings are available closer to the end of season.

You mean the numbers on the slider? -1 to +2?
just the adjustment you are eligible to make. Increase or decrease each of the attributes a bit. The blue slider just means through training you have unlocked the slider.
lemme know if that's not what you were asking about.

Oh I forgot all about that I think the green box is when entered for a race and the number is the days away. I think you can also queue up races to enter. Probably where the yellow comes from saying one is available. There is also an assistant trainer now that should help with your daily trains.

After reading all of this and using it there needs to be further clarity.

All the tool is essentially doing is manipulating the attribute meters you already have have 0-3 digits in a fixed format. With the assumption that all actual front end meters are 100%

Basically...this tool is doing the same thing i can manually do in training when I manipulate the meters in certain areas to be less than 100%. The biggest difference is the +1+2+3 aspect. I could never replicate 100% of a number higher than the given ability of the horse without this tool.

Additionally....the question i see asked multiple times yet not clearly answered is this. You set these OTT meters at 1YO. If you do not adjust these meters prior to the horse turning 2yo are these meters stuck in this position? Meaning the manipulation. Or does the horse return to its normal born attributes and ability. The answers to these questions determine whether i use this too. I need to know if these adjustments are permanent.

Lone Star Stables can verify but whatever they are set at season change should be permanent or it would be pointless to have the option.

As you said the change just gives a slight boost to the attributes or a a negative if that what is wanted. Which would help to keep you from having to manipulate the meters and be able to run them at all 100's Plus should help to offset the yearling issues that we've been trying to correct for years.

Its like the meds, but not random . You add or take away . Some horses run better with lower attributes . Most horses don't. You will be able to fine-tune your horses . What ever you decide by the last day of their yearling season will be what you end up with for the horses life time . Hope that helps . Thanks

                      Okaaay....

When I save after moving the slider, the slider immediately goes back to zero, but the bars still show shaded. Let's suppose I have trained twice, and have slider positions 0, 1, & 2 available. How can I know which is applied to my horse if the indicator is a zero regardless? Or am I misunderstanding the whole point? I would have expected zero to be the horse's original baseline, but perhaps the baseline changes with every "save"?

Also, the negative numbers which become available after 3 or more trains- do these reduce the factors from the horse's original baseline, or from the new baseline established by training?

I'm seeing the same thing. The meter does not stay where it is set. It goes back to zero when I click save...Is there a problem Lone?
