  • H G C of F

So if horse says H 6 then its obviously 6 years old. By checking it's race history you cant tell whether its a filly or not, but how do you tell whether it is a colt or a gelding???????
Sorry the title is supposed to have or not of...I'm just so shook up these days with all the death threats and all.

What am I on about? i was planning on making a claim but I wanted to make sure I wasnt claiming a gelding..since it neither said C nor G it only said H. I'd like to have a little assurance.

A horse can be bred.A horse is called a colt when its 1 or 2 a horse when it hits 3.It is a gelding after it gets snipped heheh.

A colt is called a horse after it turns 4 and has the ability to breed. It is amazing you are so naive at times.

Just a note: I was talking to Keebler today and all of the elves have applied in mass to work for him as they are afraid of reprisals from other stables.
The deal is in it's final stages as the parties are going back and forth about shoes for the elves as the socks they were wearing flattened their arches and they are in consultations with orthopedic shoe specialists to find a solution or they might just go on disabiliity. Shame, Shame, Shame treating
            elves this way, Brian.

              Age Definition:

              1) 1yo - 4yo can be a Colt/Filly/Gelding.
(3yo/4yo Colt can be used as a Sire)
(3yo/4yo Filly can be used as a broodmare)

              2) 5yo Plus H = mature male
(can be used as a Sire)

              3) 5yo Plus M = mature female
(can be used as a Broodmare)

              4) 5yo Plus G = mature gelded male
              (reproductive organs removed)

                Thanks Pete,

I always thought that was some sort of bug that just changed the classification after a certain age. Appreciate your help instead of some condescending remark.
