I put up division allowance horses all the time for 6, 12, and $20k, and they often get claimed.. . It is particularly rewarding for me when smaller and newer stables land these claims.

I don't think claiming is dead, but several nice ones sneak thru often, and this has happened thru my 6-7 seasons
