Same rules apply as the Derby - Top 10 horses in the standings get first shot at entry. If any horses in the top 10 opt out then the #11th horse has the opportunity and so on. Right now Foggydan has opted out Mourning Glory so that means Sweet Stables has the option with True Hero.
