  • The Angels Rejoyce

Our boy makes his debut tomorrow at Parx, race 5, 2:13 post time. Some of you may remember my horse Joyce's Angel. This is her first son and he looks to be quite the runner. He most likely will be a 2 turn horse but this 6f race is a race he needs and his last workout showed he can move quick when asked. Wish our partnership luck

He's made two starts thus far 01/10/17 and 01/31/17 per the link above, Hopefully the next start is much improved.

It should be. Those first ones are two perfectly explainable runs. He missed the break in the first race, obviously a punishment in a sprint, and he's also a two turn horse. That race was a throw out. The second race was on a track that was dry and "cuppy", void of moisture, and unlike in the summer there was no spray down. Jock was instructed to pull up and save for another day if the horse wasn't handling the going well, and that's what happened.

He should be in another MSW this upcoming Tuesday if it fills we're still VERY optimistic long term
