The first Triple Crown Qualifiers is just a little over a week away. I'll try to add it tonight.

The Panama Stakes January 22nd. going 8F on the Belmont Dirt Course.

can someone explain how this triple crown series is going to work with q races before the actual TC race.

Each Qualifier will have points like regular qualifier . It pays to race in all 3 . The first 12 have the option to enter Triple Crown races . If someone doesn't want to enter a TC race then we will go down the list based on points .

Its a way for horses to earn their right into the TC series .

so if you dont run in a q race you cant run in any of the Real TC races

Right but they have 25k added and if they don't split it will be 50k added . The 3 qualifiers were sponsored by Panama ,Burky and Orb .
