Go to your my account page, on the bottom left hand side there should be an area called vouchers, any codes that have been sent to you should be listed there.

Thank you for your help thus far.... on the New Stables/New member offers, it says you get 4 vouchers for free breeds (see below).... that's what i'm now trying to sort out
