Is the "Regular training meter movement" table on the Quick Start Guide correct?

I've just done a 2f FRG and my strength has gained 7 where as the table says it should only be 3-6

If I remember correctly. Sorry its been a few years, but every once in a while you may see some descrepency like that. The ranges that were listed on that chart were basically "vast majority" of the time. I'd say hitting one or two more or less is well within the range of "error"

Thanks for the response. Seems strange to list it as a range when the range is actually bigger.

Ah well... good bit of learning

I'm not sure if I made that chart or if Admin did I think we both had our own versions. One mine I think I did 10 different works at the distance/instruction then shared the range so there is probably a bit of error. I doubt you will see that again for a long time unless something has changed but I dont think admin has made any adjustments to the training engine.

          Thought i'd test it again:

          2f FRG

          Sta 86 - 94 (+8)
          End 88 - 96 (+8)
          Spe 87 - 90 (+3)
          Str 86 - 91 (+5)

          Definitely not right

            Hi Bradlite,

It's been a few years since that guide was released and there is a chance some things have changed that have made an impact on the gain/loss per run. Thanks for pointing this out and we will take a look into it. 2F FRG is usually used when trying to correct a stuck fitness meter.
