I changed the max gate so the race wont split and cause another problem.

Hey folks. I'm not sure what happened with the purse on the races. I can only assume that the assigned purse only works on finals that are generated by the site and not races that are manually added like I did these races. I'll apply the earnings to your account. Then if need be we can do the same thing we did with the Maiden Millions to correct the career earnings on your horses. Will update shortly.

We also need to make a decision about the route finals since it will most likely happen again. The easiest solution would be to make it top 4 paid otherwise we will have the same thing happen. I'm not sure if that's exactly fair to those that were expecting all 8 places to pay though.

heck I am still waiting to hear if top 4 or all 8 and what the breakdown percentage would be for all 8. Guess I will see what you add to my account

Yes sorry about that. I never heard anything definite from anyone so went with the original post of all 8 positions being paid. Like I said it we go with top 4 it will make it easier for the route and fewer horses to have to fix for the sprints, but I'm sure some will be disappointed. I know if I ran in a series expecting to get 5th place money only to get nothing for my time. I probably wouldnt be happy about it.

that is fine I thought top 8 it is what it said in beginning but the breakdown must be different than when we have 12 to add to 100%. Plus when you do the extra race now some stables get more wins. Cause those race wins count in standings and the top are kinda close at the moment just a real mess.

Yes creates a mess all the way around. I'm waiting on Lone to give me the correct percentages it should have paid. Will manually fix your balances after that.

After this is corrected will get with lone and set a hard rule on the issue if it comes up again. So everyone knows where things stand.

CDSS you do a GREAT job, and these little inconveniences pop up, but the community all has respect and trust for you and Lone....it might be wrong, or it might even "suck" for a day or two or three, but you all have NEVER left anyone permanently hanging. Thanks for all of your hard work, as I am not even involved in this endeavor, but watching from the sidelines, you put a hell of a lot of work to this - and we all thank you!
