Changes made by administration/programmers in the past have been instated due to player requests. It is true, that administration has also instated changes at D/D for player interests & for the perfecting of a simulated horse racing game. All veteran players have witnessed changes along the way in/for each season. Are these changes expectable? I suppose one would say if the change(s) were to constitute excessive wins that would generate an influx of income for a stable member, then the change(s) would be acceptable. But, as we know, changes at D/D are changes that reflect back upon every stable signed up at D/D. Therefore, it is going to always be a win loose situation with changes made at/by D/D. That of seeing each & every member content with a change, or with a number of changes.
Do we as players/members approve of the changes? Possibly some of us approve & some of us disapprove. As the saying go’s, to be capable of satisfying every players preference, would be as much chance us being selected as a candidate to go to the moon with a team of astronauts. The impossibility is the ruling factor versus the possibility which would be a non ruling factor. Yet, the possibility of Administration/programmers meeting player requests would be a ruling factor.
Therefore, are we as member’s discontent with D/D attempting to perfect a game as near to reality, or, do we, or would we prefer a game of simplicity? There would be many different replies to the question. In honesty, wouldn’t one prefer a game that is as near to reality as possible, considering it is a simulated computer game, even though it still involves our hard earned dollar? Whether, one contemplates the elements instituted by Administration/Programmers into/at D/D, one would still have to give those involved behind the scene, if I/we may, a hand of applause.
The work load/requirements to continually have a site as D/D in operation alone leaves a lot to be desired to those involved behind the scene. One can be certain that possibly a day never goes by in which some sort of adjustment is required to keep the operation operating smoothly. One has to be appreciative for Administration/Programmers continued efforts overall.
In return, D/D appears to continually provide at its best for the best… its members, therefore, one would have to say, Thank You D/D for your continued efforts. And in return, individuals continue to sign on as members at D/D, members giving their moral/financial support to a simulated horse racing site, that of Digitaldowns.us.
