As we are still awaiting some of the new hardware needed for the final installation and the programmers have finished a crutial part of the jockey instuctions/track bias we have decided to let them go ahead and install the new track bias program. Besides addressing a few obvious things this addition will allow us to institute track conditions in the near future. For now the program will correct the strong bias to the inside horses but when the track conditions are installed the bias will change depending on that days track condition. The change will begin to phase in beginning with tomorrows races(9/20/06) and should be completed by 9/22/06.
