Track Conditions UPDATE

The track conditions are now being listed properly but we are going to test them for a few days before the actual conditions are turned on. We will announce it here when they are turned on. Once turned on the race times WILL be influenced by the track conditions.
Certain horses will handle/prefer certain conditions better than others will. This is already programmed into each horse when it is "born".
