Any info on horse ratings would be appreciated. What is highest rating? Does it correlate to ability? Breeding?
What's the difference between a horse running .05 faster with a 99hr versus a 106.75hr??

Hey BC and welcome back. It will probably be easier to explain some of this on Discord. When u are on please reach out. The rating is fairly new and 2 of 3 parts are installed. The rating has more racing impact than horse conformations do. That seems to be evident early only
