Welcome to DD. I don't know if you will find this, to read it, so I will send you a private message as well. I see you are doing works with your horses every day. Actually, you should do long, slow gallops with them (that is the part on the left side of the page) and then when their meters/numbers are up as high as they will go (takes 2-3 days) you do one work, then, for myself, I do a rest day, and then back to galloping, unless I am going to race them.
