Not only did I get the runner-up in the Melbourne Cup but Knoxville beat Statue's Angel in the last race at the locals. Knoxville was 6/4 favorite and SA was 6/1. I couldn't decide who to bet outright, so I quinella'd (box exacta) for $50 and got back just under 300. I also had the Trifecta which paid 92.75. Keep this up and I can give away my day job.

They are both heading South. Knoxville to try for richer races in Adelaide and Statue's Angel being put out to pasture to return early next year for the local Carnival races.
