Just retired a 4yr mare for the first time was charged 5k for changing barns. Is this correct?

I think this is correct admin did say when it was rolled out that it would be free to start with then a charge would be made when everything was in place.

So understand that but how come we get charged 5k for staying in same place, or is it a blanket fee to retire for breeding

Its almost complete. Soon when you retire to the same state there will be no fee. A fee will apply when you retire out of state or after retirement and you move farms. Should be finished by Monday night.
